課程概述

課程內容主要介紹參考服務與參考資源的基本觀念，討論議題包括參考服務的理念與內容、參考資源的類型與特色，讓修課同學能夠掌握參考服務之內涵與技巧，以及孰悉常用參考資源之運用。 

課程目標
 - 了解參考服務理念與內容
- 掌握各類參考資源之功能與特性
- 具備利用參考資源解決資訊問題之能力
